Nets of Chicken and Districts of Potatoes...?!
Welcome to Comedy English, a new blog about hilarious translations in English. Over the last five years, my associate Derek and I (Charles) have come across more than just a few random translations that made us fall about all over the floor.
This site is dedicated to Comedy English. We'll kick off with one of our favourites when we visited a restaurant in paris in 2002...
At Chapeau Melon, we love nothing more than going out for a good French meal, and we like it even more when the menu is inventively translated. Can you guess what this means....? Net of chicken with districts of potatoes...
So, any ideas ?
